怎樣看房子風水

人人都希望有個戶型好而且風水好的房子，以下是看房子風水的一些原則：
一、坐向要當旺
陽宅風水在于坐向是否當運，立向得旺氣則吉，得衰氣則兇，所以古籍有云：向首一星災禍柄。陽宅風水中的坐向不是以一套房的大門為向，而是以一棟樓的入口為主。
判斷一棟樓是否當運，要以三元九星的玄空法來計算，有如下兩種方法：
1，收山收水（零神和正神之說）。例如第八運（2004-2023年）的零神方是東北方，正神方是西南方，所以如在東北方有水（或馬路）則是旺財之宅，如在西南方有水則是破財之宅。
2，旺山旺向（玄空飛星法）。例如第八運旺山旺向是坐西南方向卯東北方的樓宇。
二、大門要當陽
在陽宅風水中，大門是至關重要的。在<<陽宅三要>>中將“門”、“主”，“灶”稱為三要。門乃由之路。《八宅明鏡》中有云：“陽宅首重大門，以大門為氣口，納氣旺則吉，衰氣則兇”。又云：“宅以門為吉兇，路為助，門向辨”。
大門的選擇的方法如下：
1、門相配：卦是個人命卦，也就是常說的東四命和西四命。按照這個方法，大門要與命卦相配，開門要開在生氣方和延年方以收旺氣。
2、星到門：這個方法是運用玄空風水法來計算的。也就是當運星到門，能收山化煞，定能丁財兩旺。財星（水）到門見真水主發財，丁星到坐山見真山主丁旺。
3、零正卦氣：此也是玄空風水法。大門向處不論向水或向馬路能收零神卦氣，及真山實地收正神卦氣。
三、房子要方正
做人要方正，長相也要方正。屋相如人相，屋也一樣，一定要方方正正，大忌三尖八角，人與屋是有感應的。如果你住的房子是方方正正的，久而久之為人處事都會公公正正，而長相也會有變化，隨時間的變異而長相男的會變得方方正正，女的會變得端莊大方。反之，如果你居住的房子是不方正的，時間一長，人的心也會變得歪斜，而長相上鼻子及腰骨都會變彎曲。同時，方正的房子給人一種穩定安全的感覺，而不方正的房子給人一種不安全的感覺。
四、周邊環境好
購買房子，周邊的環境也相當重要。除了傳統的左青龍，右白虎，前朱雀，后玄武等之外，還要考慮周邊有沒有煞氣存在，如低壓煞（四面有樓、天橋、招牌下壓等）、反光煞（強光反射）、聲音煞、氣味煞、割腳煞（過近馬路）、鐮刀煞（橋或馬路成反弓）、白虎煞（樓宇右方有動土）、穿劍煞（走廊過長）、飛刃煞、梯沖煞等；此外房屋也不要對正機關、消防隊、醫院、電房、垃圾池、電線桿等煞氣重的地方。
五、陽氣要足夠
中國易經的靈魂在于陰陽的平衡，人要陰陽平衡，房屋要陰陽平衡，房屋的光線也要陰陽平衡。書云：陰陽者，天地之理也。暗屬陰，光屬陽，陰陽平衡萬物得以生長。經云：孤陰不生，獨陽不長。房子的窗戶太多，陽氣過盛，財也難聚；窗戶少，終日不見陽光，太暗，陰氣重，容易招致陰靈作怪，病痛多。所以房子的光線適中，陰陽平衡，則財運也好，身體也會好。 如果確實買了這樣的房子，建議在家里需多方陽氣重的風水物品，比如植物，大象擺件，貔貅擺件和真品的久遇五帝錢這樣的風水物品，即可起到一定的改善作用。
六、水火忌十字
這里的水是指廁所，火指廚房。古書有云：水火不留十字線。意思是說在房屋的正前、正后、正左、正右之位置及宅之中心點不宜有廚房及廁所。這是基于以下考慮，廁所是污穢之地，孤陰之地，要居不利之方，而廚房是煮食之地，獨陽之方，要居有利之方。而現代建筑中，廚、廁都是固定的，所以購買時一定要觀察清楚，不要在十字線上。水火相犯，易生不如意之事，財運反復，疾病叢生，桃花是非多多。廁所在屋中間的話，為水浸心，易得心、胃、肝、肺、小腸諸疾。房屋的十字，為陰陽不調，易患排泄、頭、眼、口、手腳之疾。
七、房子忌直沖
大門直沖陽臺、窗戶，前后門相對沖，前后窗戶相對，陽臺與窗戶對沖，這此都是風水大忌，會引至以下問題，一主財運不吉，易破財，易招盜竊；二是身體也不好，易生急病；三是家庭不睦，夫妻易生磨擦。 當然，現在家居中這些門沖情況多少都沒法避免，遇到了后，可以通過裝修時候改動也就好了。比如很多人裝修的時候，在過門石下擺放銅錢或者五帝錢，如果大門和陽臺或者臥室直沖，可以直接在大門處布置陽氣比較盛的五帝錢這種專門化解門沖的風水物件即可（五帝錢指的是清帝順冶、康熙、乾隆、嘉慶、雍正五位皇帝時代所使用的古錢幣，五帝錢一定要選真的，如果當地有古玩市場可以自己去集齊5枚，用黃繩子串起來，如果當地沒有，可以直接去網上找化煞最為經典的久遇五帝錢，利用錢幣皆屬圓形屬水而金生水泄和法器擋其煞氣，再加上黃色五行屬土的東西，其非對稱結構比單獨五枚銅錢擋煞效果好很多，能很好的使氣沖溶于吸納之土，和房子建筑物和諧共氣，非常適合別墅、大戶型等情況的橫梁煞使用，平時人很少在家更需要這種化煞比較強的風水五帝錢來進行擋煞，讓室內陰陽趨于健康平衡）。
八、大小要適中
買房子不是越大越好，要根據居住的人口多少而決定大小，太大或太小都不好。屋大人小，陰多陽少，主暗病糾纏，陰靈寄居；屋小人多，陽多陰少，主脾氣暴躁，官災是非多多。按照我國城市的情況，最理想的居住面積，是每人平均占有25平方米左右的實用面積最好。
九、樓層要適合
每一層樓，都有不同的金、木、水、火、土五行，而不同的年份也有不同的五行，在易理中，運的五行生樓層的五行、助樓層五行，以吉論；克樓層五行、泄樓層五行，以兇論；但樓層的五行克運的五行，以中等論。具體的樓層五行為：一層屬水，二層屬火，三層屬木，四層屬金，五層屬土，每五層按以上順序循環。
十、宅命要相配
