開心想象。閉上眼睛,想象一個優美舒服的場景,比如草原、沙灘、海洋,和煦的陽光照耀著,你是一只吃飽喝足的動物(選擇一個你喜歡的動物作為你,比如獅子、小象、海豚等等),正在草原、沙灘、海洋曬太陽,暖烘烘的、懶洋洋的,似睡非睡......想象的過程中如果思想跑開了,很正常,不要責備自己,輕輕地把思緒再拉回來就可以。
自我暗示。每當自己為失眠焦慮恐懼的時候,大聲而堅定地對自己說:“我愛現在的我!”、“焦慮恐懼是我自己想出來的,我能干好任何事情!”、“我接受我現在的狀態,我愛我自己!”自我暗示要重復多遍、經常練習,這樣才能在內心形成新的潛意識去替換舊有的給我們帶來痛苦的潛意識。
